Bronson J. Paedamonte said he fell in love with music when he was 7 and his aunt took him to see Duke Nugget’s Wattle Gum Band at the Royal Melbourne Show in 1932. The beauty of the whistle jug and the elegant improvisation of the washboards made a life changing impact on the future business magnate.
Bronson J. Paedamonte’s passion for the creative freedom of the diverse artists he nurtured helped shape the careers of acts including Augie Hopperman, Little Jill & The Frog, The Cypher Brothers and AB Caesar.
Paedamonte Records was sold to The Mallarker Corporation upon Bronson J. Paedamonte’s 2010 retirement.
Bronson J. Paedamonte died on Thursday August 7 2021, in Buninyong. He was 96.
